How long will I have to wait for delivery?

Date of receipt of goods = dispatch date + delivery time

Immediately after your order is confirmed and payment is received - we begin realization. Current information on progress with your order (order status) will be sent to your e-mail address. Date of receipt of goods = dispatch date + delivery time. Orders for constructions made from ropes that are on stock are being genrally send within 1-2 working days from receiving payment. International shipments should be normally delivered within 5-6 working days from shipment. Planned date of receipt of goods shall be 6-8 working days from receiving payment however this will also depend on performance of your local courier.

Availability of products

Next to every product, information is given as to how much time may be needed before we can dispatch it – from 24 hours to a few days, or sometimes even a week or two (in the case of less readily available products). We make every effort to ensure that what we offer on our pages corresponds to the current status of our stocks, although it may happen that the actual delivery time is lengthened – we will let you know immediately if this happens. If you order a larger number of products, the time of dispatch of the whole order is matched to the product with the longest delivery time. An order can be fulfilled in stages – to arrange this, contact us or enter a relevant note in the remarks on the order form.
 
Method of payment

Immediately after you place an order you will be transferred to online payment system or receive an information e-mail containing all data for bank transfer in order to pay for your order. If you wish to receive a formal Proforma, just let us know and it will be issued right away.
